This is very challenging. We need to rest in the grace of what Christ has done.
We live in an age which confuses activity for fruitfulness.
Christians can import that confusion into the way they follow Jesus.
Part of the discernment process of wisdom is not to simply know right from wrong, but to also know which is best from among a range of worthy opportunities.

I find it difficult to say “no” to a ministry opportunity – or did until I realized that whenever I did, I was robbing someone else of the blessing of filling their call!

Copy my post, paste it into a “New” one for you. Change the wording (or don’t). Type your nominees in place of mine, then visit their sites and invite them to come to yours to pick up their awards. If you know how to add a link to your post it makes it easier for them, if not, they can find your blog through your comment – then navigate to the correct post!
